News SSB&R Announces Settlement of Globetel Securities Litigation Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP 10/29/2007

 

SSB&R served as Co-Lead Counsel for the plaintiff class in a securities fraud action against GlobeTel Communications Corp., a purported wireless telecommunications company. Plaintiffs have recently reached a $2.3 million cash settlement for the benefit of GlobeTel investors. Further information and a link to claim forms will be available here after the settlement receives preliminary approval from the court. The settlement is subject to preliminary and final approval from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
