An interview with Ralph M. Stone, counsel for plaintiff-investors in the Intershop Securities Class Action, was published by the Süddeutsche Zeitung, one of Germany's leading daily newspapers, on March 5, 2000, page 28. In the interview, entitled "Schadenersatz-Chancen für Intershop-Aktionäre," Mr. Stone discusses the nature of the Intershop class action and several of the issues expected to be raised in the lawsuit. The article also quotes Mr. Stone on the increasing occurrence of United States companies seeking capital on Germany's Neuer Markt and the possible availability of American remedies for German investors.
